ALVIN, of Boca Raton FL, formerly of Ardmore PA, on December 3, 2015. Age 94. His loving wife of 65 years, Gerda (nee Cohn) preceded her Alvie Darling as did his daughter, Karen Weinberg, a/k/a Karen Honey. Survived by his devoted daughter, Lyn A. Weinberg, (Mark K. Moskowitz). Adoring grandfather of Ari, Leah, Alana and Mira. Also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grand-nephews and a great grandniece.
He was a retired optometrist and a proud World War II Army Captain of the 8th photo technical squadron and an Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel. He enjoyed golf, especially at White Manor and Boca Raton Country Clubs. And, he loved to dance.
