ALVIN FRANK

FRANK, ALVIN M. 79 - of Margate, and Boca Raton, FL, passed away on November 7, 2009. The son of Blanche and Samuel Frank, he was born in Hammonton. He was predeceased by his first wife, Barbara and brother Carl. Beloved husband to Betty, loving and beloved father to Deborah, Karen (Alan), and Bruce (Terry). Treasured uncle to Peter Berman. Cherished grandfather to Barbara, Phillip, and Steven. Chairman Emeritus of Frank Theatres, Al was a lifelong movie lover, as well as an avid tennis buff, and the "go to" guy both at work and play. He will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, long time employees, and his card game buddies. A graveside service will be held at Har Nebo Cemetery in Philadelphia, PA at 12 noon on Wednesday, November 11. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Al's favorite motion picture industry charity, The Will Rogers Institute (www.wrinstitute.org).
