ALAN LEPENDORF

ALAN LEPENDORF passed on Monday, October 17, 2016. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a colorful and endearing character who adored his two sons, Jeffrey and Scott, and Shelly, his wife of 56 years. Always charming and devilish, Alan was in the garment business in NYC and commuted with his "train crew" for 32 years. People gravitated to him for his sense of humor and kind soul. A Korean War vet, he and Shelly lived at the Kennedy House, 1901 JFK Blvd., Philadelphia. A Memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 23 at 1 P.M. in the Community Room at 1901 JFK Blvd., Phila., PA 19103. Shiva will be observed Sunday and Monday at his late residence.
