ABRAHAM JACK, MD, born April 3, 1926, died October 20, 2013 in Petaluma, CA. Jack was born in Philadelphia to Louis and Eva Zagerman. Predeceased by his devoted and loving wife, Ethel. Survived by children, Steve and Carol (Oppenheimer), Diane and Don (Golder), and Robert and Connie; grand-children, Audie Golder, Sophie, Jordan, Willa, and Morgan Zagerman, and sisters, Shirley Shapiro (George) and Anita Hock (Mort), as well as many nieces and nephews. Also pre-deceased by his sister, Paula Weiner (Marty). There will be a celebration of Jack's Life on Sunday, November 3, 2013, 10 A.M. EST at GOLDSTEINS ROSENBERGS RAPHAEL-SACKS 6410 N. Broad Street. Family and friends are welcome to gather afterwards at the home of Robert and Connie Zagerman. Contributions in Jack's memory may be made to American Heart Association
